El precio del festival es de 359€ con alojamiento y 339€ sin alojamiento si te inscribes hasta el 26 de Julio.

Si te inscribes a partir del 27 de Jullo el precio es  399€ con alojamiento y 379€ sin alojamiento.

 

Pac: En Cardedeu hay tres festivales de danza en verano. El EIX Festival de Danza Improvisación del 02-07 de agosto, el Cardedeu Contact Festival (26 Julio - 7 de agosto). También hay el Festival Hephaisto del 8-14 de julio en Barcelona. Si te quieres inscribir a dos o más de estos festivales de danza en Cardedeu tendrás un discuento de 10%.

En el precio están incluidos los talleres, laboratorio de creación, jams, actividades, alojamiento en espacio compartido y todas las comidas.

Hay plazas de helpers si estas interesad@ en ser helper, envíanos un mail con una carta de motivación en la que nos indicas, porque te gustaría ser helper durante el festival.

Modalidad de inscripción

Para reservar la plaza en el Festival transmutARTE hay que hacer el ingreso de 100€ ​ la cuenta bancaria que te indicamos al inscribirte y enviar el resguardo del ingreso a transmutarte2019@gmail.com

 

Importante! no olvides poner transmutARTEL y tu nombre y apellidos en la casillas de concepto, al realizar el ingreso en la cuenta bancaria

A la llegada al transmutARTE se abonará el resto del importe del Festival.

Cancelación de la inscripción 

Si cancelas la inscripción 15 días antes del inicio del festival, se devolveré el 50% del importe total ingresado

Si cancelas la inscripción con menos de 14 días de antelación del inicio del festival no se devolverá el importe ingresado

Si por causas alienas, la organización del transmutARTE tuviera que cancelar el Festival, se devolvería el importe completo.

Seguridad

A la llegada al Festivsl os pediremos firmar un acuerdo en el que os hacéis responsables de vuestras pertenencias materiales y de vuestra salud emocional y física y para cedir tu imagen para la grabación o documentación fotográfica del encuentro.

The price of the festival is € 359 with accommodation and € 339 without accommodation if you register until July 26.

Pac: In Cardedeu there are three dance festivals in summer. The EIX Festival from 02-07 August, the Cardedeu Contact Festival (July 26 - August 7) and the Festival transmutARTE. If you want to register for two or more of these Dance Festivals in Cardedeu festivals you will have a discount of 10%.

The price includes workshops, laboratory of creation, jams, activities, accommodation in shared space and all meals.

There are places for helpers if you are interested in being helper, send us an email with a motivation letter in which you indicate, because you would like to be helper during the festival.

Registration modality

To book the place in the Festival transmutARTE you have to make the deposit of 100 € the bank account that we will indicate you when you register . After your bank deposit you send the deposit receipt to transmutarte2019@gmail.com

Important! do not forget to put transmutARTEL and your name in the boxes of concept, when making the deposit in the bank account

Upon arrival at transmutARTE the rest of the amount of the Festival will be paid.

 

Cancellation of registration

If you cancel the registration 15 days before the start of the festival, 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded

If you cancel the registration less than 14 days before the start of the festival, the amount paid will not be refunded

If due to alien causes, the organization of the transmutARTE had to cancel the Festival, the full amount would be returned.

 

Security

Upon arrival at the Festival we will ask you to sign an agreement in which you are responsible for your material belongings and your emotional and physical health, and to transfer your image for the recording or photographic documentation of the festival.
