Jams 

(miércoles 4 y viernes 6 de septiembre a las 21:30h)

​

Encuentros informales de improvisación, abierto y participativo, de juego y de creación en el instante, donde se puede bailar y/o observar.

Donde nos movemos desde el propio disfrute, sin nada escrito ni ensayado, en el cual, la interacción con otros y el espacio, lo lúdico y la libertad, la escucha y el respeto por mis propias necesidades y limites se ponen al servicio de esta experiencia compartida.

La danza puede ser en solo, en dúo o en grupo, y se puede entrar y salir libremente de la improvisación.

La Jam propuesta para el miércoles tendrá un carácter más social, pues estará abierta a participantes del festival como a personas que vengan de fuera.

Y la Jam  del viernes, será exclusivamente para inscritos en transmutARTE.

En esta Jam  investigaremos siendo guiados por los facilitadores, que propondrán diferentes pautas  que inviten a la exploración dentro del viaje improvisado.

Círculo de Diálogo 

Integrando arte, Psicoterapia y caminos espirituales. Hacia un Nuevo paradigma del crecimiento humano

Este será un espacio donde poner voz y compartir desde el diálogo. 

Para poder expresar desde las propias inquietudes y la experiencia con lo creativo, lo artístico, lo psico-terapéutico, lo espiritual, etc.

Creemos que poder poner palabra, hablar, preguntar, debatir, poner en común, dar mi punto de vista, es algo necesario y rico dentro de estos ámbitos tan experienciales.

Todos tenemos nuestra propia experiencia limitada y poder escuchar a otros y cuestionarnos entre todos, nos abre a algo más allá de nosotros mismos y a enriquecernos desde la reflexión y el compartir.

Jams

Informal meeting of improvisation, open and participatory, of play and creation at the moment, where you can dance and/or observe.

Where we move from our own enjoyment, without anything written or rehearsed, in which, interaction with others and space, playfulness and freedom, listening and respect for my individual needs and limits are put at the service of this experience shared.

The dance can be in solo, in a duo or in a group, and you can enter and exit freely from improvisation.

The Jam proposed for Wednesday will have a more social character since it will be open to participants of the festival as to people who come from outside.

And the Jam on Friday will be exclusively for transmutARTE enrollees.

In this Jam, we will investigate being guided by the facilitators, who will propose different guidelines that invite exploration within the improvised trip.

 

Circle of Dialogue

Integrating art, psychotherapy and spiritual paths. Towards a new paradigm of human growth

(thursday 5 of september at 21:30 o'clock)

 

This will be a space to add voice and share from the dialogue.

To express their own concerns and experiences with creative, artistic, psycho-therapeutic, spiritual, etc.

We believe that being able to put a word, to speak, to ask, to debate, to share, to have the own point of view, is necessary and vibrant within these very experiential topics.

We all have our own limited experience and being able to listen to others, and question between all opens us a little beyond ourselves and enrich us from reflection and sharing.
